I recruited Kim to lead Dov's operations team. She hired new, more experienced staff, and trained existing inexperienced staff. She nearly doubled the capacity of the contract monitoring staff with no increase in costs, setting new standards and expectations for CRA working and billing practices. She revised and implemented the entire set of clin-ops SOPs. She completed a Phase II trial and launched the international Phase III program including sites in Central America and India. She helped lead a winning bid for a major contract. Her excellent relations and broad contacts with investigators and CROs/vendors are an asset.
